No retainer and no minimum. We'll quote first if a job will take more than an hour. A third round of changes during the build is charged at this rate too, and we'll say so before it starts.

What does a website cost?

If you're on Answer at $549 a month, care's included. For everything on the build list, that's the price, so there's no quote to wait for.
How much of my time does it take?
One conversation to start, then two rounds where you look at the site and tell us what to change. Photos and any wording you've already got will help. If you haven't got them, we'll cover it in that first conversation.
My work comes by word of mouth. Do I still need this?
Yes. People who get referred to you still look you up before they ring. The site's what backs up the referral: your work, your area and a quick way to reach you.
What's included in care?
Hosting, security and software updates, backups, someone watching that the site stays up, your enquiry form kept working, and 30 minutes of changes a month. It's $99 a month by card from the month the site goes live, month to month on 30 days' notice. On Answer at $549 a month, it's included.
Can the lead response plans run on the site I've got?
Yes. Every plan works on the site you've got. We connect the form, the missed-call text-back and the rest to it, and Answer is $499 a month instead of $549 if your site stays where it is.
