We didn't come out of a marketing agency, and you'll pick that up a few minutes into a call. A lot of the people we build for run the business and do the work themselves.
Picture someone looking for a tradie at nine at night with two other businesses open in other tabs. They skim each site, decide fast and message whoever looks most on top of things. If your phone's face down on the bench, the job goes to whoever replies first and you never find out it was there.
Jacob came to this from construction management, where part of the job was reading subcontractor quotes and picking which companies looked established and which looked like trouble. Hardly any of that was decided on a phone call.
Then there's the typing. Quotes get redone, reminders go out late, and the follow-up you meant to send on Tuesday never happens. We hand that to a system so a good quote doesn't go cold while you're busy, and anything that needs a real decision stays with you.

You'll know the price up front.
Lead response and websites have their prices on the pricing page, so you can read them before you ever talk to us. Anything else gets a fixed quote in writing before we start, and we stick to it.
We don't dress anything up.
Every project on our work page shows where it's really at, including the ones that aren't live yet. Any example we've made up for a demo is labelled as made up.
It's yours from day one.
Your site, your domain and your Google Business Profile are in your name from the first day, and you have full access. We don't hold anything back, and it costs nothing to leave with them. Every plan is month to month. Give us 30 days' notice and you're done.
The group.
Jacob looks after websites and digital systems. Lead response is Kaine's, which covers the chat assistant on your website, the automations and anything else that answers a customer while you're working. AI implementation runs across the group, and whoever picks up your job stays your contact from the first call to launch and after it.
