Approach

How a project runs.

Here's what happens from first contact to launch, and what you get at each step.

The Taiger emblem, two white stripes and one orange, on black. A warm orange glow passes through each stripe in turn, left to right, then fades.

The Taiger mark.
  1. Discover

A website starts with the short mockup form, and the first conversation comes after you've seen your homepage. Lead response starts with a short setup call to get your details. Office work starts with a call about how the admin runs now: which jobs repeat, who does them and which tools they touch.

    What you receive
A setup call for lead response, or a written brief and a fixed quote for office work.
  2. Design

Your free homepage mockup is built from what you sent in the form and emailed to you, so you've seen it before you commit. For lead response, we work out what the system says, what it asks and when it hands over to you. An AI workflow gets a written scope for one pilot, covering the tools, the approvals, the access and a fixed price.

    What you receive
A free homepage mockup, or a written scope for one pilot.
  3. Build

We build the site from the mockup, with two rounds where you tell us what to change. A third round is charged by the hour, and we'll tell you before it starts. Workflows are built and tested on your real documents until they hold up, with a person checking what comes out.

    What you receive
Two rounds of changes, a preview link you can share, and a full check before launch.
  4. Launch

After the final check it goes live on your domain, with hosting and care from that month. For a workflow, your people get trained, the handover's written down and we agree a follow-up.

    What you receive
Live on your domain, hosting and care from that month, a written handover and training, and lead response live within 7 business days of your setup call.

How we work with you.

  • You'll know the price up front.

Lead response and websites have their prices on the pricing page, so you can read them before you ever talk to us. Anything else gets a fixed quote in writing before we start, and we stick to it.

  • We don't dress anything up.

Every project on our work page shows where it's really at, including the ones that aren't live yet. Any example we've made up for a demo is labelled as made up.

  • It's yours from day one.

Your site, your domain and your Google Business Profile are in your name from the first day, and you have full access. We don't hold anything back, and it costs nothing to leave with them. Every plan is month to month. Give us 30 days' notice and you're done.

Tell us what you need.

Fill in a few details and you'll hear back within 24 hours from whoever does that work.
